🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete

• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories

Non-returnable items include:

• Personal care or hygiene products

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

• Clearance or final sale products

📋 How to Request a Return

2. Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return

3. Our support team will guide you through the return process

🚚 Pickup & Return Shipping

• In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address

• If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, we may ask you to self-ship the product with proper tracking

💸 Refund Process

• Refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available only for size/color issues (if applicable)

• You can also opt for a refund and place a new order

• Please don’t accept deliveries with tampered or damaged packaging

• If you receive a wrong product, share an unboxing video for faster resolution

• All returns are subject to approval by our quality team
